Today I talk about discovering what truly makes you feel good. Not what others think you should do, but what your own unique self enjoys doing – for the sheer pleasure of doing it.
 
As part of this episode, I share the journey I went on to discover what created “feel good” feelings within me. How I first had to do some soul searching to be able to give myself permission to explore this within myself. And what I learned about feeling good and its relationship to self empowerment and embracing our unique and creative selves.
