In today’s episode I share my personal experience of what happened when I was feeling awful. How I’d have moments of wonderful guidance and connection at one point in my day, and then go into an awful feeling, blah-like, no-thing state that left me irritated, angry, and even depressed. I share what I learned about this state of being, and how I navigated it.
